Conditions

Your Responsibilities

  • to pay before the due date advised to you
  • to check all visas/passports are valid for each person travelling and for each country to be visited.
  • To advise the correct names (as in the passport) of all travellers.
  • To check the booking details are correct and advise us immediately if they are not -- amendments could be costly to you.
We act as an agent only and all tickets, vouchers and documentation are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the principals

Are there any other charges
Not normally. However, we will charge for extra work incurred should you cancel or amend your booking. Amendments fees from $30 per ticket. Airline or wholesaler charges are additional. Credit card fees are normally absorbed by the airline, however on some special fares airlines will not cover this cost. If this is the case you may be charged a service fee (2% Visa/Mastercard, 4%. Diners/Amex). We will advise you prior to charging these fees.
Courier fees $5.00

Airline conditions
The cheapest may not be the best. Some fares are non-refundable and have restrictions on travel dates or changes to reservations etc. We must obey all airline rules including payment deadlines and amendment/cancellation fees. Payments not made by the specified date may be cancelled by the airline. To rebook could cost more if the original fares are not available.
Most domestic & Australian Fares are non refundable & non changeable.

What if the airline changes flight times?
We will advise you in writing - often no change to the ticket is required - you simply turn up to the airport for the new departure time. Occasionally a flight change may require a ticket to be returned to us to be reissued. We may charge a fee to cover our costs (time and courier fees etc) - remember we work on a low cost philosophy and reschedules of flights by airlines are not caused by us. We are unable to absorb the high costs of these changes where a ticket reissue is required.

Passports, Visas
Passports are required by all travellers and in some instances a visa may be required to enter certain countries. Non New Zealand passport holders may require a visa to re-enter New Zealand. For non New Zealand passport holders a visa is required to enter Australia.
It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure all requirements are complied with. If you have any criminal convictions or have a communicable disease (e.g. Tuberculosis or Aids), entry to some countries may be denied.

Taxes

It is now compulsory for us to collect various overseas airport and Government taxes. Where we have done so, these will be shown on your ticket. Taxes are additional to airfares and may vary from time to time. Additional taxes may still be payable at some airports.

Frequent Flyer Points

Please advise us of your membership number and airline prior to travelling

Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen emergencies - medical expenses, cancellation fees (if due to unforeseen circumstances), lost luggage etc. Please note the conditions of the policy and that we must be made aware of any circumstances or pre-existing medical conditions that may affect the cover of the policy. We recommend cover be taken out when you have made a major payment towards your trip.

Refunds
Refunds will be subject to cancellation fees by the airlines and ourselves. Because we can experience delays in airlines processing refunds, no refunds will be repaid until funds have been received from the airline concerned. To avoid delays, all documentation must be returned to us prior to applying for a refund.
