The Reciprocal health agreements in Australia & the UK do not cover ambulance, repatriation or private hospital costs (public hospital delays may necessitate you being treated in a private hospital)
Cancellation fees can be up to 100 % - our highest claim was $7000 approx.
Lost or stolen luggage - How much would it cost to replace your clothes, camera, video etc etc - claims of $5000- $10,000 are not uncommon.
